Vouchers and coupons will be issued to customers who have reached a certain number of points in a given period. Vouchers and coupons are displayed in the My Clubcard Account online and in the Clubcard mobile app. In case of requesting mailing paper vouchers and coupons they will be posted to the address provided during registration. The minimum number of points to be collected to receive vouchers is currently 300. If the number of points collected in a given point collection period does not reach this minimum number of points, the points will not be lost but will be carried forward to the next period. Above 150 points, points can be converted to voucher in the app by every 150 points. Points below 150 will be carried over to the next period. The period for collecting points may vary and Tesco reserves the right to change the minimum number of points to be collected.
